Our company consists of professional certified, licensed, bonded and insured staff Process Servers and Notaries who provide Professional,  convenient and reliable service to clients in Florida and Our online notaries can assist nationwide & internationally include Apostle Services.

Notary Services

Our Quotes are done by phone, fax, email or via our contact form on our website.

Our Fees’ vary depending on the type of Service you need and the urgency of the service you need.

We provide a price list that can be emailed or faxed to you. Please contact us to request our pricing list.  Our staff is happy to assist you.

Basic Notary Public and Mobile notary services include the following:

  1. Administering oaths or affirmations: A person pledges that the contents of a document or statement are truthful
  2. Taking acknowledgments: Witnesses a document being signed and ensures that it is done voluntarily
  3. Attesting to photocopies: Ensures that a photocopy is a true copy of the original document
  4. Solemnizing marriages: Perform a marriage ceremony for Florida residents with marriage licenses
  5. Verifying vehicle identification numbers (VINs): Verify a vehicle’s VIN
  6. Certifying the contents of safe deposit boxes: Certify the contents of a safe deposit box

 

Notary Signing Agents provide the following:

  1. Notarizing signatures: Our NSAs travel to the signer’s location to notarize signatures on loan documents, such as mortgages, deeds of trust, and promissory notes.
  2. Verifying identityNSAs confirm the identity of the parties involved in the transaction, such as the seller and buyer.
  3. Ensuring accuracyNSAs make sure that all loan documents are complete and accurate. 
  4. Guiding borrowersNSAs explain the purpose of each document in the loan package to the borrower. 
  5. Ensuring complianceNSAs make sure that all documents comply with legal standards. 
  6. Delivering documentsNSAs deliver the completed documents to the appropriate parties, such as a title company or escrow officer. 

Most appointments can be scheduled the same day for Standard Notary Services. However, Online, Mobil and Notary Signing Agents can also possibly be scheduled the same day depending on the time of the day.

For basic Notary services, online and Mobile Services are collected immediately upon completion of the service.

For Notary Signing Agents. Fee’s are to be paid upon completion of the assignment or closing based on the agreement between us and the client.  Established clients may be eligible for a 30 day billing schedule.

Process Serving

We currently service; Indian River, Saint lucie, Martin and Okeechobee County for the 19th Judicial Circuit.

Our goal in the near future is to provide service coverage to West Palm Beach, Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, and Lee Counties, Which covers the 15th and 20th Judicial Circuit.

We provide our clients with Standard, Rush  or Super Rush Services.

Standard Services are scheduled and processed within 3 business days.

Rush Services are served within 24hrs upon job request

Super Rush is immediately Served.

Prices vary for each service. Please contact us for more information or to request a copy of our Pricing List to be emailed or faxed to you.

Our Skip tracing services are complementary to our Clients.

No. Not all services require a contract to be signed. Our Process Serving clients are not required to sign a contract for service. Although will honor if a New client requests a binding contract.

For Process Serving, All fee’s are immediately billed to the client through Process Servers Toolbox Application. You can pay the fee for the assignment through the app or be billed according to the agreement.

 

Please note that all fees’ should be paid upon completion. 30 days is the Maximum allowed period for fees’ to be paid in full. (per assignment)
