Process Serving

A Process Server delivers legal court documents to the parties being served. They are specially appointed by the Sheriff’s Office or by the Chief Judge. By, delivering a writ, summons, or subpoena upon someone to inform them of a legal action that has been taken against them. Florida law requires the person(s) to be notified in a lawful and timely manner so they have the chance to answer the charges that have been made against them.
Notary Public

A Notary Public is a state public officer appointed and commissioned by the Governor whose function is to: administer oaths, take acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments, attest to or certify photocopies of certain documents, and perform other duties specified by law.

A Remote Online Notary is a Commissioned Notary Public who is also authorized to perform notarizations online using audio-video technology standards that meets the requirements set forth in Chapter 117, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 1N-7.001, Florida Administrative Code.
RON (Remote Online Notary) uses electronic signatures, identity verification, audio-visual communication, and record-keeping technologies to ensure the same level of authenticity as an in-person notarization.

A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a Notary Public who has been trained to handle Real Estate loan documents. They are hired by Lenders and Title Companies to help close Loans by:
- Ensuring the validity of the documents and the people signing them
- Guiding Borrower(s) through the Loan Documents
- Witnessing and Notarizing Signatures
- Returning the Notarized documents for processing
- Following specific instructions from the Lender or Title Company
NSAs must undergo additional training and certification to become familiar with the loan process. This includes: Becoming a notary public, Passing an exam, and Passing a background check.
NSAs are different from traditional notaries in several ways, including:Responsibilities-
Background checksMost NSAs must complete yearly background checks to comply with state and federal mortgage laws.

ResponsibilitiesNSAs handle more complex loan documents, while notaries usually handle simpler identity confirmation documents.
- NSAs can also perform Remote Online Notarization (RON) transactions, which allow them to meet with borrowers virtually.

Depending on the type of service you need; mobile, in office, Online or Notary Signing Agent. Prices do vary based on which type of Service you choose to use.
Standard, in office Notary Services follow Florida’s Laws under Statute 117 which explains the costs for providing Notary Services to someone. However, Mobile Notarization most always includes additional fees such as Travel fees and may include after hours, Holiday and/or an Emergency fee.
The Online Notary Services uses secured based Platforms such as Docusign, Notary Hub, Blue Notary, Notarize and others which varies in pricing due to the prior verification process and fees collected to use their services. This is the method typically used as its a Secure, Convenient and Quick process for Individuals and Businesses in getting their documents signed accurately and in an expedient manner.
For Loan Closings, Online Notary Signing agents are available online for the convenience to the Clients and their Customers. This eliminates the need for either parties to travel and removes the uncomfortability of having someone come into their home, Especially after the Covid Pandemic as many people prefer the online signing process.
